hi guys

what do you guys consider the best investment to be with £150,000? preferably in iran. in construction projects or anything else.

Renovation!

Something that is like a disease in Iran is urban decay, a few months ago there rained for five days straight in Tehran, the rain caused one house from the late Pahlavi era which suffered from urban decay to collapse, killing two people.

So yeah...
