They said they plan to set up over 100 restaurants throughout East Africa in the next 10 years. Where else do you think they will put those restaurants if its not in all these malls sprouting everywhere?

Yes guys, Kfc is coming to Nakumatt Nyali, not city Mall. It will be where the existing shops are to the right hand side of Nakumatt Nyali.

I thought Nakumatt Nyali is going to be part of the City mall.

Love your new ECG avatar Jamaax.
I have a feeling they might put one maybe in Kisumu and Nax in the near future.

Thanx Musir for the update. Glad to know its finally complete. We would appreciate some pics if its possible. You can use a camera phone if it becomes really difficult to use a normal camera and post them here.

From Coastweek.com ‘Game Changer’ Mombasa Move ANOTHER FRIDAY IN MOMBASA, ANOTHER NEW SHOP OPENING, BUT THIS SEEMS DIFFERENT ... Coastweek -- Suddenly Mombasa has a bright new gaming hub of its own - GameChanger is here, six months after the launch of its successful Nairobi branch, the company has an outlet in Mombasa, catering to anyone who played electronic video games from the casual gamer to the bona fide hard core veteran. Located in the new wing of the newly expanded City Mall in Nyali, the store stocks an array of different video game consoles from the PS3 and the Wii to the Xbox and the portable DS – all flanked with their own specialised accessories and a huge variety of games. The shop’s colourful set-up supported by the incredibly special opening offers was an instant hit on its opening weekend drawing in scores of people visiting the mall, writes ANJUM ASODIA. |

What I dont like with these malls is that they dont serve the common people and are mostly foreign owned.
