Fiat Tempra in Ottawa
Given Canada's '15 year rule', I've seen (and owned/driven) some pretty interesting stuff on our roads. But amongst all the JDM Skylines, Pulsar GTis, Supras, RX7s and what-not, recently I've seen a Fiat Tempra, braving the Ottawa streets, wearing Ontario dealer's plates. The first time was -where else- near Preston Street. Anyone manage to snap a pic of it?
