the towers illuminated in blue sit on the currently vacant plots of land owned by KLCC Properties.. who knows when will KLCCP decide to fill all those spaces..
however as of today we know that a 77-storey supertall and 2 more towers designed by yet again, KLCC's grand architect, Cesar Pelli are already in the pipeline.. they will all occupy Lot 185/167, next to Maxis Tower..
another project in the pipeline is Tradewinds Towers (the tall tower on the right side in the picture below)
