The location should be close to the millennium towers, or is it part of the complex

I saw this before but i decided not to post it cause I wasn't to sure. BTW the design looks ugly, but who know it might turn out okay. Though I was expecting something spectacular considering that this is located just across the street from the millennium tower.

I know an ugly building when i see one. That is a pic of an ugly building germinating. Too boxy no wow factor very basic design. Not imaginative or artistic. Where's my sick bucket?

looks nice, idk what you guys are talking about, and would fit in abuja nicely. though the lack of windows seems architectually retarded.

The model looks bland; but this could very well be a case of the real building looking better than the model.

The Minister of Education, Professor Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufa'i has reiterated the Federal Government's commitment to the completion of the National Library of Nigeria's permanent building project currently under construction in Abuja.

The minister, who stated this when she paid an inspection visit to the building project site in the Central Area, adjacent the National Mosque, Abuja recently, said finance and maintenance should be top considerations when embarking on such projects.

The construction of the permanent site of the library started in 2006 and was to gulp N8.6 billion after completion in 6 months.

It was renewed last July for another 21 months and the budget increased to N17 billion. So far N6.3 billion has been released for the project with N750 million in this year's budget.

Responding to the review of the master plan and inflation cost, the minister said it was important to build structures to standard.
