This is great news...I am very happy for Nagpur...and Nagpurians...Bigwigs Godrej and others should enter city giving due respect to its development...Only challenge Nagpur still have is...the number of jobs in the city and salary for those jobs...Hope some growth and development happens at that end too...

One of the towers is topped out and I felt it is more than 16 floors.. may be 18. I saw it from quite a long distance at night.. mobile camera couldn't capture anything clearly
 Someone in Nagpur needs to confirm. I hope I am not wrong.. |

I saw this site today (just half an hour ago). Two buildings are under construction and one of them has reached 18th floor! Mostly it is topped out. The other one is at 17th level. With mobile cam i couldn't get any worthy pic as it was already dark. Someone in nagpur plz try to get a pic so that we can change thread title too. (I am going back to hyd tonight)
These buildings look majestic indeed!

 I told you guys these are taller!site images from www.gharkul.com   19 floors in the topped-out building. As per SSC convention, we can add two more (ground+terrace). So these are 21 storied towers, with one already topped out and other at u/c 16th level. 12 more to go

Tall buildings in Nagpur
These building look absolutely stunning.....it was beyond my imagination that one day Nagpur will see building structures as tall as G+21....this is great for Nagpurians...
Now all they have to strengthen is their economy by bringing good / big companies....and I think they can do it... |

How many times they are going to launch same project?? Last time I heard they had already sold many number of flats.
it seems project sell is slowing down so they thought of 're-launching' it again..

 Agree that 'Godrej' didn't launched it first. but the project 'anandam' itself was launched in 2010http://photogallery.indiatimes.com/e...ow/6865515.cms so technically it could be called as 're-launch'

Oh Boy!!!
What the world has come to!! On one hand they sell it as 14 towers and for saving few bucks they say its just one building!! I think now the investors in this scheme should demand answers from them.... Godrej Anandam will be having 14 towers of 19 floors each. For this the high-rise charge would have been Rs 28 crore at Rs 2 crore per tower. However, the town planning department accepted it as a single building has helped the builder save as much has Rs 26 crore towards the levy. To make the claim, the builder connected all 14 towers of the residential complex with a motorable pathway at the first storey. This supposed made it one building and the contention was accepted by the town planning department. It has endorsed the builder's theory that linking the towers made it a single building.
