Proposed Shopping Mall on Thika Rd
Spatial Provisions: Mixed Use Facility, housing a Supermarket and retail shops centered around individual courtyards, a food court area and office space on the upper floors

The principal organizing principle was that of a series of smaller courtyards around a central atrium, thus dividing the shopping block into four distinct quadrants.

I think its called Urban Square (the 'a' is in lower case while the rest are capital letters). Its about time we started seeing malls in that part of town (the only area in Nairobi not served by any major mall).

Where is this shopping mall going 2 be? cause currently a massive construction is taking place at the roysambu roundabout(now flyover i guess;-) ,the construction seems 2 be a shopping mall

We are starting to see the benefits of Thika Highway, I'm sure many more will come up around this area.

I have no idea, anyway they is no space for shopping mall on that road before the Village market?

if its Kiambu Road than its the Cieta City which is opposite the Ridgeway Mall

Have no idea about the location of this one. The one under construction at Roysambu is Thika Road Mall, See separate thread .
