Yang parking area tapat ng Building B pag natuloy na yung building dyan malamang may commercial space din at ang naiisip nating sky garden.

Kaya nga parang ang pangit kasi ng color combination ng Building C, pure gray tapos parang mint green sa baba, parang kakulay nung bagong tayong Motel dun sa tabi ng SM North Annex. (Nice Motel ata). Yun na ba talaga ang kulay non?

Sa BPO office floors nito ay black tinted ang glass curtain wall. Sa parking floors ay gray. Sa baba (bus stop) ay mostly white, gray at mint green lang yung 3 or 4 na perimeter columns nito along EDSA.

Nice hotel nga yung tabi ng SM North, steel-framed building yun.

Perhaps you are referring to the Podium Mall Redevelopment, not this fenced lot in front of Bldg.B of Megamall. We have a separate thread for that.
