Tainan's Dream Mall

The renders look pretty cool! Cleaner and more refined compared to the one in Kaohsiung.

Where is it located? Because I was in Tainan in December and I saw big construction works going on right between the Tayih Landis Hotel Tainan and the big Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store at Ximen Road...

If I remember it right, that belongs to someone else, I heard it's a massive office complex build by a company...

Really? It looks like a Shopping Mall... I was absolutely surprised, because it seems to be pretty big and I think there are already a lot of office buildings in Tainan, which are just 50% in use... I think!

If it is going to be a mall, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi maybe is going to burn it down

Same like in Kaohsiung ... when DaLi Mall burned the opposite newer and better mall XD

yeah I still remember the massive "rent" sign on one of them, sad to see that in such a growing city, but this complex is built just for the company them self, a new HQ I think

Also it's simply not realistic to see anyone wear a thick jacket in Tainan anytime of the year.

they're not white. more accurately, they're pink, peach and red. otherwise known as "caucasians". nobody is white except ghosts, dead people, bed sheets and the background color of skyscrapercity website.

i think the dream mall in kaohsiung is a much better and interesting design. this one is just bleh. and those apartment towers look like typical taiwanese style - grey, concrete, small windows, boxy, dull.

Yes it matters. The "models" used should reflect the local demographic. This either reflects that the architecture firm is 崇洋 or just careless.

Besides the West, you'll seldom see multiple races together, certainly not in Taiwan.

"White" is a sufficient reference to people of European ancestry. We both know you know that so stop being a pest.
