KLP lll Ørestad City

The third office building is in progress in Ørestad City, more specifically at Kay Fiskers Plads where it will play a very important role due its location. This is the absolute center of the whole Ørestad area, and interesting if KLP understand its obligations, and designing a building that will improve the surroundings and maybe somehow vitalize the area.
The building can be divided in 1 - 4 parts depending of the need from the tenants, so there's a chance/risk for a smaller building atleast in the beginning.
