Cladding panels were being installed last night at about 8:30 when I drove by on Western Ave. It was a windy time to be doing this work. Now we can better see what this will really look like.
Photo from today. Not too bad for cladding the parking levels. It makes me a little ill having fake windows - just reminds me of Vegas/Disneyland - but makes sense in this case. The left (north) edge of the building in this view appears to be a non-parking use.

I think there were micro apartments in the corners of the garage but at the level pictured I think this clear glass was more for retail at the same elevation as the ferry walkway. You might look back at the floor plans link earlier in this thread (I think).
