Pooey - thought it was suppose to be brick. Also, the glass looks very "Vancouveresque". I'm curious how the building will turn out.

Good trick - brick coloring the material to trick you in the rendering. Bet you didn't know those trees are going to be made of cardboard.

Yeah that's a huge disappointment! I noticed it immediately. Agreed on the glass too, this one might be a visual let down.
