Not familiar with Kochi per se, Kochi SSCIans can help me out - I see a lot of projects in Kakkanad - from the looks of the surrounding topography - this looks like a pristine region - is this (kakkanad) a rural area being converted into Urban?

Also - The projects look fantastic - is there a strategic reason why Kakkanad is proliferating so many projects?

Yea, Kakkanad is comparatively pristine and less urban compared to CBD. The availability of unused land and the easy access to CBD makes Kakkanad the hot spot of all developments. Moreover its also the district headquarters.

Piling works for the newly launched A blocks are going on.External and internal painting, grill work , tile work etc of the two nearing completion blocks (B1 and B2 ) are going on albiet at a snails pace. The whole construction is top class. the new blocks have apartments similar to the size in dlf etc ie smaller 2 and 3 bedrooms which are getting better response from customers I think
