kenyatta and ruto are not going to be president/s i can assure you of that. they are a political force(that is unquestionable)
how can you be facing a criminal charges of crimes against humanity and still be a president of those same people you were accused of committing crime on them? that is a huge question that kenyatta and ruto cannot answer yes, the katiba does not categorically state that they cannot run but the ethics clause is what they cannot overcome heaven forbid if one way or another any of those two become president, look out for massive demonstrations(which might/probably escalate into all out violence) if there are demonstrations because the president didnt follow the constitution when hiring a chief justice, what do you think will happen if a person accused of crimes against humanity becomes president??? |
