Simcity buildings and there counterparts in the World

Playing Sim City 3000 unlimited, I was realizing that a lot of the standart buildings have counterparts in the real word. Or were at least inspired by real life buildings.
And this what the thread is about, to find the counterpart in real life to the standart buildings in every Sim City Game. I don't speak about the Landmarks in the games.

Since I have played the german version, I don't have the english names of the Simcity building. If someone knows them I will try to ad them.

in SC4 all i know is Hurt Enterprise Headquarters is based on the Commerzbank Tower and Hogan Wallace & White Insurance is on the Messeturm. all located in Frankfurt.
