Taipe 101's design was designed to shape like a pagoda tower and not a sword. Just like the petronas tower has muslim influences on it. Right. It's really a risk to invest in a developer without reputation. Hindi baleng Wala ka na Lang sa Edsa Basta siguradong matatapos ang project ng walang aberya.

half thought answer: i think the developer. why? there is no impossible when it comes to constructing a highrise in PH. look at what happened to SMDC's Blue residences... nakulangan lang siguro to ng padulas

i almost bought a unit here back then when they still have a booth in megamall. glad i didn't.

Actually it's the TRO that was issued by CA...kaya sya naka tenga 'till now....kinalawang na mga rebars nya as seen from the distance.

even their stratford tower in makati is not moving. It was excavated the same time as its neighbor knightsbridge was, knightsbridge is now in its finishing stages and stratford is nothing but a deep hole.
