 I think there was news earlier that the construction for the top floors were delayed for some reason, I hope its just a rumour.

The horizontal projecting fins are a poor detail..over time they accumulate dust and that streaks down on the glazing making the building look quite shabby..also the horizontal ledge is great spot for birds to sit..and their droppings eventually dirty up the facade..
architect should have stuck to a composition using only vertical fins in that sense, prefer the clean glazed look of peninsula business park, next door |
