this will be the highrise area of tehran.in 5 years the best area of tehran-with the lake,abshar,the forest and the shahre bazi.

the only thin i dont like though is those huge electrical poles (dakal) in the background

not only are they ugly, but more importantly they are a big safety issue and health threat, they should get rid of them

i looked at the area on google maps, sadly only a few of the highrises are nice, the rest are huge commie block towers that are fairly scary with huge walls and tiny tiny windows, creates such a dead, oppressive and unwelcoming atmosphere

معاون فني و عمراني شهرداري تهران از اتمام عمليات احداث بدنه سدخاكي درياچه مصنوعي چيتگر خبرداد.

دكتر مازيار حسيني ضمن اعلام خبر فوق افزود: با اتمام عمليات خاكريزي دراين بخش از پروژه، بدنه اين سدخاكي 1300 متري تكميل*شده و تلاش براي اجراي پوشش لايه آب*بند روي شيب بدنه سد آغاز شده*است.




دكتر حسيني همچنين بابيان اينكه تنها 15 درصد از عمليات خاكبرداري بستر درياچه باقي*مانده است، اجراي پوشش خاك سيمان در بخش*هاي موردنياز اين پروژه را رو به*اتمام خواند.




معاون فني و عمراني شهرداري تهران در*تشريح پيشرفت عمليات*اجرايي در ساير بخش*هاي پروژه احداث درياچه*چيتگر، از تداوم عمليات بتن*ريزي دربند انحرافي روي رودخانه كن خبرداد و گفت : اقدامات لازم براي احداث بندانحرافي عليرغم بارش*هاي اخير متوقف*نشده و عمليات عمراني دراين بخش*از پروژه از طريق انحراف مسير رودخانه ادامه يافته*است.
گفتني*است با آماده*شدن بستر درياچه چيتگر براي اجراي پوشش*هاي آب*بند، عمليات اجرايي آنها درسطح وسيعي از سطح درياچه دردست اقدام مي*باشد.

دكتر مازيارحسيني ضمن اعلام خبرفوق افزود : عمليات*اجرايي درديگر جبهه*هاي كاري اين پروژه با سرعت نسبتاً**مناسبي ادامه*دارد و باوجود بارش*هاي اخير 75*درصد از عمليات*اجرايي در بند انحرافي روي رودخانه*كن به*اتمام رسيده *است.

Looks good but the highrises could have been better, now i realize this project is pretty old but still, it remembers me of these projects in the slums of India, Bangladesh etc where they build highrises for the poor.

Still the lake is a huge +.

this could be the right place for mass construction.mybe the place can handle 300-450.000 people.the whole area starting around the lake to the east,it has place towars ekbatab and to karaj to its wesy.it cabn easily harbour some 300.000 people.

To be honest I went down there you will see my previous pictures, and the apartments were quite nice, if not expensive, the 4 tall towers bordering on the lake were 2.5 million toman a metre, however I think they would be more expensive. Promise you if you put your money down now you will be laughing in 5 years.

Oh yeah the big pit is going to be a shopping centre which borders on the lake, so the security guard told my friend and I. Those tall towers would in theory lose part of there views.

it would be nice to have some water front homes in the southeren part facing the lake (like some of the layouts in lavasan or even like the bosphorus)
