What a great building and it has retail too! Yep, the downtown east is on fire.

It seems like all of the projects on the east side are a more human scale with reatail. Also a lot of red brick is being used over here.

That retail will be tough to run, since the police station is behind it, and across the street is a car dealership and a library. There' no foot traffic there...
nice building though

The foot traffic will come, and fast. This area is changing faster then any other in the city right now. This is also the gateway to Toronto's furniture store district, my bet is that the retail will be just that. Some upscale furniture boutique.

This is going to look so nice. Loving the curve, brick, and retail! Streetcar Dev continuing to impress with their solid contributions to the eastern (and western) fringes of downtown.

Streetcar is shoddy construction and worse customer service, they don't stand by their product.
Buyer Beware!
