Merci !But, unfortunately no, I don't have any link(s) to share regarding the "official IHF requirements" about their World Champs. Sachant que, bien sûr, ma 'présentation' n'engage que les infos connues actuellement..soit pas grand chose pour l'instant ! ( )

Great arenas.. it will be fantastic tournament. Maybe i'm being biased but i really hate to see such tournaments in the countries where the game isn't popular. Look at the attendance at the female world cup in Brazil.. it was terrible
![]() France is absolutely great choice.. great venues, good connections with European cities for traveling fans, lots of history involved in the sport.. It should be fun. Now if only France would let someone else win it for a change

![]() Why is the biggest arena only used in the first round and not the final rounds. |

Yep it's indeed a good question.
IMO there are maybe two reasons for that, the first one being the Lille football games in the Grand Stade which means that the stadium can't stay in indoor arena configuration during more 15-20 days (not to mention the time needed to install & remove all the temporary equipments required for this kind of championships). The second reason IMO being that generally the final round is hosted by only one arena during the Handlall champs. And apparently the Organization Committee prefers that this final round is played in Paris. Oh, and anyway I wouldn't be surprised if there are some changes before 2017 in the list of venues. |

Ok sad news and really bad news for the Organization Comitee! The Arena project of Bordeaux got canned! The 15000 seater arena will not see the light of day due to the incapacity to open the mall adjacent to it that was to help with the arena financing! The promotors were never close to sell the required number of shops in the mall!
The city is thinking about the creation of somewhat smaller project that will not be an arena but more likely a 'Zenith' hall! |

![]() Dear parcdesprinces, Could you present here your excuses to have affirmed that the arena bordeaux project wasn't in troubles and dismissed my scepticism when i quoted an article relating this? You aren't the 'master of universe' to know exactly what could happen. Then please consider every information and opinion for the good health, mood for discussions" From the 'one' who was right

![]() Oh, not before your apologies about the Lille Stadium which according to you would have been canceled, same about the Lyon stadium, same about the suites configuration of the "new" Bercy which according to you is outdated (I mean WTF ?), same about the number of Business seats of the Lille Stadium which you mixed up with the total VIP seats (on info-stades), same about the heaters in stadium, same about your lack of knowledge between businesss seats and boxes/suites in stadiums, same about arena 92 funding, same about Arena 92 roof, same about fences around stadiums, same about Lille naming rights cost and the fact that Lille municipality is not really competent to sell these naming rights (while according to you they were; on info-stades), etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc Too bad for you but I have a very good memory and I remember very well all the bullshit you wrote/claimed on this board and on info-stades, you trolling envious retard ! Get a life (because your inferiority complex is not even funny anymore and it has become quite pathetic & annoying to be frank) ! ![]() P.S. Oh, and don't answer me, I won't read, anyway you are waaaaaayy off-topic in case you didn't notice.

![]() you are a total disgrace to be so defensive !! what a cupid man ![]() I recognize to have been wrong on certain minor points concerning lille-> business seats for me still to be seats with a prestation. point.you have different type of services but when you have a ticket there it is a superior service than 'normal seat' that's only what i meant ![]() I was sure your cupidity will lead you to this answer...nevertheless everybody who read this thread know that you dismissed me on bordeaux arena and today the truth appears in all its glory

1) The project is maintained as it is, but Fimalac, the firm who operates Bercy, become the project owner (the solution to lose as little time). 2) The project is maintained as it is, but "Bordeaux Euratlantique", a public institution, become the project owner (the solution supported by the Ministry). 3) The Bordeaux Urban Community (CUB, a public institution), restart from the beginning the project, and finance it with the local public money (the worst solution IMO). http://www.lemoniteur.fr/133-amenage...-developpement As said by parcdesprinces, the decision will be taken in July. |
