in Pakistan it is:

Belgium:

360,3 /sq. KM. over the whole country (2011)

Flanders: 538/sq. KM. (2010)
Wallonia: 205/sq.KM. (2010)

The Netherlands is a little over 400/km.sq. for the whole country (including large bodies of water, which count for close to 20% of the area, so the actual number is closer to 500, when excluding these).

The (south-) western part of the country is a lot denser though, compared to the remainder. You can draw a fictitious semi circle (from the coast, so excluding the North Sea) with a radius of about 100 km, with my town in the centre - substract other large bodies of water within - and you'd end up with an area containing about 11 million dutchies. The land area within this arc would have a population density of somewhere close to 1000/km.sq. I mention this specifically, because that's how most of us live.

Within the UK, Kensington/Chelsea borough has the highest density at 13,974 per sq km, while the Highland council area in Scotland is hard to beat at 9 per sq km for the lowest density
