Yeah really nice modelling/rendering, have you considered designing your own project rather than just re-cladding an existing?

Works are a little slow... I've started to build the low floors of the tower and I've managed to put this tower in the same scene of my other project!

Amazing modelling! Is the building in the second pic with the sloping entrance lobby real or your creation? Either way it the detail and rendering is very good!

It is my creation, is the building on the link in one of my previous post.
Today that plot is a bad asphalt parking... and it is an ideal place for a future skyscraper!

Perfect work on the materials! Did you use a displacement map for the concrete or just the bump?

Working on the lower part, unfortunately I can only work 1 hour every couple of day... so don't expect a lot of progress...

Trees wouold certainly soften it, but I rather like the clean architectural lines. Really good modelling and details.

Amazing details in your buildings, looks great, however some landscaping would make it complete!

Finished the low part, next step will be first floor cladding, you can see the first trial for the concrete part surface, the real building have a sort of ceramic mosaic of little gray tiles, here the trial:

Base is due to be finished soon

Added rolling shutters, the real tower is at the moment empty, so it is closed and abandoned, renders reflects current situation.
