@bogdymol - Can't really compare old Indian police vehicles with the latest American ones, can we now?

Yep, it's Rendőrség. On all marked police cars in Hungary you can see Rendőrség instead of Police (or derivate).

Here is an example: Romanian-Hungarian police cooperation
