Ah okay, then ya it shouldn't have been named after him at all. Usually the protocol for building/venue naming is the actual investor in recognition to them. However, if the investor does not want it to be named after them they end up getting creative and calling it after an influential person.

So since this is a building funded by the University itself, it should have been given a creative name, so I'm agreeing with lebnani's above post!

this is the lebanese university in hadath. Yeah he renovated it and called it after his name

he didn't renovate it, he established it, and it was renamed after him years after he was assassinated !!
