KK have high limit in the city centre coz of the airport, other part are ok.. Putrajaya have a limit not to overshadow the main gov building,...png i think also coz of the airport

280 is the limit in singapore..anything in JB even an inch taller than 280, is fine by me..

If not mistaken the ex OUB Tower (now known as One Raffles Place) if not mistaken went over the barrier with the sky bar, around 282meters now.

The staff said Block B will likely be launched 2 months later... A & C will be later. I snapped using my hp camera from one booklet, the brochure is not ready yet as the layout is still not confirmed...

I asked. They only said not confirmed. I guess will b similar to other condo projects... facilities will be located at 7th floor. 1st to 6th floor are carpark.
