Nunca habia visto este thread, la ferdad que San Miguel es precioso, lastima no sea como Santa Teresa que queda sobre una ruta nacional y a la vista del que pasa, igualmente vale la pena en una de esas visitas al Chuy hacerse el viajesito que no son mas de 10 minutos y visitar este lugar hermoso.

Al lado del fuerte se encuentra tambien el Fortin de San Miguel que es un hotel, dejo aca algunas fotos

Impecables imagenes palmares!!! ni idea tenia de ese hotel, se lo ve de lujo a pesar de su rusticidad que contribuye a eso mas que a pesarlo.

Precioso!!! Todo, el Fortín, el hotel, el entorno, todo!

Por suerte lo visito bastante seguido, también la Fortaleza, son lugares únicos en el Uruguay, en un entorno fantástico!

Leyéndote me puse a pensar, pensar que tendríamos cuatro por el estilo en el país, la de Montevideo y colonia agregadas a esta... aunque la de colonia no era tan así.

En la Isla Gorriti tambien habia un fuerte, un poco mas modesto pero fuerte al fin, en Santa terese hay maquetas del sistema de fuertes en Uruguay y esta la maqueta del fuerte que habia en Isla Gorriti

Excelente material Seba y Palmares

La verdad que es un lugar unico
El Hotel esta de pelicula.
Se podria hacer un hilo con los fuertes de Uruguay y se podrian incluir los restos de las murallas, etc.
