agreed. land bank for island is really an concern and not feasible to build LC/LMC buildings

i think nowsaday no one will build sangkar burung anymore...

anyhow, chowrasta is a heritage building, but problem is too run down...i guess its redevelop structure trying to preserve its original outlook..(though looks much fresher + modern)

stupid government wanna focus only on klang valley... bodo betul... why cant put bandar malaysia somewhere else... at least can help other states with potential... like melaka... kedah.... ipoh region....

That current facade is totally ugly, even if it was designed in the 60s....yup, no heritage value at all. Better to update it.

Before you go all emotional, I think you are looking from the wrong end of the rendering as the facade is indeed protected, just painted white. Calm down.
