Let's go more with Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore) because the height, what's here now and what's coming!

I nailed that shot, along with these two. I just enhanced the color a bit. Didn't even have to straighten the angle.

QuantumX, I remeber when there was a time that I thought Miami did not stand up to Philly's skyline. While Philly has alot of classic buildings and is very beautyful, Miami has a huge and modern look and in my opinion beats all NE cities except NYC. Miami has come a long way in a short time. Does the city still have a problem with empty condos? should I invest?..lol

The huge inventory was absorbed amazingly fast. I'm absolutely dumbfounded! Another boom is now under way for this decade, though a little more cautious and sane. We're not done here! You ain't seen nothin' yet! Wait until the end of this decade.

Its ashame that during my 6 year stent in North Florida I never went south of Daytona Beach on the Atlantic side. I have 5 years to go until I retire at age 50 and may decide on somewhere south of Daytona...atleast 250 miles. I am considering buying now while prices are low. What areas outside of Miami proper would you recomend that have low crime rates and affordable?
