The area outside the base of the tower looks really well-done! Very modern. Also, I think that some of the netting on the antenna area may be to keep birds from roosting there. Maybe?

^ I am waiting for spring when the Sakura trees will bloom and then eventually become green. Also in the last picture in my post you will notice the left wall, that wall will become a "green wall" with bush/vine plants.
