The upper cladding looks much better, dont know why they didn't just use it on the entire building.

Thanks for the updates guys; I am guessing that 12-14 floors more and this one would have topped out. Since this one has also come up at good speed, we can look forward to mid-year for the T/O, unless the floor count has been increased from the current approved 45
