Doesnt it link to this expressway between Tanger and Tetouan? I don't find it dangerous at all. Except during the night...

I'm talking about the part between the A1 at Sidi El Yamani and the N2 expressway passing Dar Chaoui. That part is dangerous.

is that so? ADM ( is the Morocco's national authority for the management of roads) use the international standard , not exclusively french.

They kind of do, really. They use the same signage style as the French did many years ago only with Arab language on it. They also use the old French road marks with shorter discontinued side lines (20-6m) instead of the recent French ones (39-13)
