Sim, a cidade é muito organizada e limpa (vês constantemente funcionários da câmara a limpar).

No entanto ainda tem um pormenor que me fez lembrar a Lisboa dos anos 80. Muitos cães abandonados por todo o lado, ás vezes "matilhas" inteiras. O mesmo se vê nas cidades Argentinas.

Mas alguém disse que Portugal e o Chile estavam em dimensões distintas? É mentira que andam cães vadios nas ruas de Santiago?? O que é que isso tem a ver com PIBS per capitas a sério
Para além da falta de cortesia que é vir para o Fórum Português com isso, parecer quase o querer que Portugal fique em crise para que sejamos ultrapassados (muita gentinha esquece-se que atrás desses números estão pessoas).
No entanto o que mais parece mesmo é que estás com fome de conversa

Nem sequer tive tempo de ler os comentários do chileno, apesar de já estar a adivinhar o seu conteúdo. Mas o meu comentário acerca de Santiago foi apenas no sentido de apontar uma falha que reparei na cidade, já que se estava a falar de organização e limpeza.

Sim a cidade é muito organizada, sim a cidade é muito limpa, sim a cidade tem um problema com cães vadios que deve resolver.

Quem ficar ofendido com isso... paciência.
