A few years ago if I had to imagine Baku, I had thought of an ugly, cold, polluted and unknown city in a distant exUSSR republic. Now I see a nice city, with many urban projects, new and modern buildings and good walks and parks. Congratulation Baku

Baku was never cold or ugly city even if it was in the USSR, i will say it was one of beautiful cities in ex USSR.

It is a visual illusion. In reality Zqan Tower is 1 km away from Port Baku.

i wouldn't mind if that kind of tower was built in the city of london,

but it's height needs to be much taller (180m at least) in order to be visible among other tall buildings
