Both those condos are identical as far as unit style though and in fact, that building served as a showroom for both M Phyathai as well as M Silom up until a few months ago, when M Phyathai got its own sales office.

Not as of a few months ago, but starting price is 20MB+!

In comparison, I bought a garden unit here which plus the garden, is almost as big (76sqm+29=105sqm) for under 11MB.

oh..over Baht 180K psqm for that location is way to high IMO

but you got a good deal

Yep! It was negotiated down from 12M Baht, but was also last year and at a time when they did not give away free furniture, so I'm not sure if the same price is possible.
