Toobig water bill liliit na and other updates
I was told our water bill, after reaching the new requirement of 70% occupancy, will go down next month to 1/4, which I believe is the residential rate.
This will still not allow laundry shops to wash clothes in the bldg premises. And probably why we're stuck with small laundry operators. One which rented a whole unit and closed shop even forfeited their deposit because they were losing money from needing a second location to wash clothes at. Which makes me wonder how the remaining shops survive. Hopefully not by reducing their service quality. I tried the convenience store laundry once and I ended up with underwear that's not mine. Makes me want to have my laundry done by my former provider even with extra effort bringing and picking up laundry from them. |

Does anybody here already paid for GET 3BR real estate tax? how much is it per year?
and what is the real estate tax rate of pasig city / ortigas ? thanks for any feedback
