The retention of the substation and Sydney's ridiculous FSR rules have resulted in quite a bizzare outcome for this site.
So much time and effort for so little office space. Why it couldn't have another 15 floors of office space is beyond me.

retention? its a new one with undergrd cabling. it used up valubale frs for office tower above. former DA was on 60m stilts which reached 205m tall.
yes its a shame about sydneys tough ffsrs.over it

maybe a month. that will be where its 180m roof is. then the rooffeatur will go up over a few months
