Yeah there are height limits, but there should be a separate district apart from the historic/old section of the city which will contain all the tallest buildings. Something like La Defense or the Canary Wharf in London.
Its horrible. I think its maybe the "shortest" city of its size in Africa. You know you can live in a BUNGALOW in CENTRAL Accra? This sprawl will make public transport VERY expensive to develop.

It should be named "Lincoln Road" or "Washington Road" instead. gwb did too much harm to the world already for Americans to be proud of his idiocy.

Agreed but the road is great. I went it on it a few times including when I went to Cape Coast. Very fast and quick.

The tallest buildings in Accra ( I didn't even consider them tall, let alone the tallest till someone in the car pointed it out) is the height of an average office building. Accra really lacks a skyline and it needs one.
