but either way the design is just pretty average boxyness. From what I've heard the applicant is small time and probably just looking to maximise the value of their land prior to selling up.

Hmm I wonder what logo? I have been noticing on the PoM webcams that Melbourne Central has been looking much brighter at night (it had been looking very dull for the last couple of months from what I could see) did a tenant vacate and now a new one has moved in?

There's no logo yet but I noticed some metal work in the shape of what looks like a logo on the south-east side today.

I remember reading somewhere that ME Bank have naming rights to the building.
