Kind of off topic, but I made a "montage" of sauga and uploaded it to wikipedia.

Most bigger cities have them as their main picture of their wiki page and I think mississauga deserved one.

All photos are credited. and thanks jasonzed, I think there are two pictures of yours in the montage.

Thanks. No clue on the clock, although now that you mention it, it does look pretty cheap.

Although I seriously doubt they'll renovate it- they have more important things like dwntwn21 , lrt+ brt to focus on.

Last year the clock and tower were repainted.

How long has this property been like this? It seems like a very long time. What I don't understand either is having gone through the process now to build a house in Mississauga I know that the City takes large deposits to ensure you complete all the site works.

^I believe since late 2008. The unfinished structure was exposed for the longest time until they put a wrapping around it but the wrapping doesn't look too healthy. Now that the land is now owned by Vandyk it will probably be demolished in due time.

Wow im impressed that building at Erin Mills and Dundas actually looks very modern
considering how long the sign was there I thought they would put up some basic building just to fill up the space
