i dont understand how they can start constructing the building without a developer who will build the rest of the towers above the 3rd floor. what if they never find a developer? they'll just complete the 3 floors and leave it?

Because this BOT is for structure from 3F to Top floor.

no they're already done with the framework. its going to be a 1 story train terminal.

I'm really worried about this project. Can the building be cancelled ? I mean, once the train terminal finished, it's gonna be very hard for the building to get build as people will use the terminal continuously ...

yup that's what i've been saying! i dont see how they can only build the train terminal part first and build the rest of the building later especially if the train terminal will be used by loads of people. construction sites are dangerous places especially building skyscrapers!
