Yeah right.... Unless the government of Baku have discovered some new supernatural material that can hold this monster up, I fail to see the credibility in this render. I mean seriously, come on, the core is three time the core of Willis Tower!

it's funny how the tower has been risen, designers havnt released any render of the risen tower, yet everyone uses the old render and just expands the whole thing like it would have 6m tall floors xD

i don't think so. All in all the old buildings was proposed, but since they changed the height upwards we havn't really gotten new renders, so i don't think the final project can be described as approved.

true but they are kind of secretive about this project
and it was mentioned in the news that the construction would start in 2016 and is being
funded by private investors

maybe because they do not exist yet. in all its only 2 months since the design was raised upwards to over 1000m. with architects redesigning the whole thing on paper till computer renderings are made can take a while.

oh and i just noticed on the latest diagram you posted the name of the building is titled "Business Center". Wonder if that's official

nope they said its gonna be a hotel after they raised the height to 880m
not sure if its still gonna be a hotel after height has been raised again

no building of such a size can be completally hotel or even mostly hotel. i am pretty sure this building will be mixed used.
