By the way, i have to correct myself regarding sa property na open atbang sa Colonnade. Didto ko nag park ganiha kay nangadto me downtown and i asked the guard what will be the plan of the owner sa parking lot, kay so far, mao ra jud to available na parking area sa downtown.. He told me that, he doesnt knew of any concrete plans of the Metro Group.
I confirmed to him saying I thought this is owned by the Capital group, but he said, its the group of Jack Gaisano. Jack is the CEO of the Vicsal Development Corp...

We will expect another major development in that area very soon..
