Thanks for the update Sami.
It appears that there are no cranes on the site, so I guess we can assume that the 2*42 floor towers are not under construction.

They will not build the towers. The air force or CAA had objected to the height of the towers, so I don't think the Dolmen City owners will bother with building lower height towers.

what is problem with CAA or air force, in every developed city there are high rise building at sea shores so it means there is no air force or any airport

CAA is absolutely right. PIA and PAF will crash into any building higher than 20 stories within 100 km of their airfields. The only place we're allowed to build skyscrapers is in parts of Baluchistan, or in FATA where US flight rules apply.

Of course, giving a 50% stake to Mr. 50% will allow you to build a building of any height anywhere since we have democracy.

Yup, the Dolmen City owners will have to bribe the respective CAA/AF/Govt. officials to get permission to build the towers. Which they don't seem interested in doing. I am pretty sure the towers this project envisioned will never be built.

I was told this projected is completed and no more vertical expansion is planned in future. However, the mall inside needs finishing touch. Any updates brother?
