Just noticed that after James Law's website's recent rejig, both Twisting Horizons and Indra Tower have a status update from 'Concept Design' to 'Tender Stage'.

-Clicky 1,2

Wadhwa's other tower is still in the concept design stage

-Clicky

Wadhwa's portfolio already includes 3 James Law projects on which work is going on - Capital, C66 and Aquaria Grande. Given that, there's a pretty high chance the Indra and Skyline towers will materialize.

Incredible finds VIP. All of Rubberwala Group's designs are pretty good. Eon looks like Namaste Towers obese big sister And Almas and Feugo Towers will be a great addition to the Tardeo cluster which hasn't seen as many talls compared to the Lower Parel/Worli cluster.

Here is a video showing the views of all their major projects -

Savz - nope. All it says is Sewri.

VIP - F'in nice find there. Rubberwala seems like a small developer aiming to make it big. They just launched twitter and facebook accounts.

Also have a new office in Agripada:

Rough floor counts:

Eon Tower -Jerbai wadia road, Parel : 65 floors

Location (view on google maps):

Feugo Tower - Shuklaji street: 50 floors
- This seems to be in the middle of Kamathipura

Signature tower, Mazgaon: 2 x 70 floors

Almas tower, Tardeo: 53 floors

Agua Tower, Khetwadi: 40 floors

Good God, when it rains it really pours, eh? Great finds guys! Looks like 70 floors is the new 60 floors lol

I like Rubberwala's logo. Unlike most developer logos emblazoned on towers, its addition to the facade/spires is actually quite aesthetically pleasing. The fact that's it's an Indian motif is also nice, though they follow other developers with the ridiculous faux-Euro/Romance names for their projects.

I mean, seriously... 'fuego'? 'agua'? 'eon'? I'm sorry, but those are some stupid-ass freakin names.

IU,

Looks like James Law has really wooed over Indian developers. With the sheer amount of 'signature' or skyline-defining designs he's working on, he's going to leave as big a mark on the Mumbai skyline as Hafeez Contractor.... but in a good way!

^I'd take a James Law design over a HC design any day.

And thanks IU for the floor counts. Let's hope Rubberwala does make it big, they seem like an ambitious bunch that could deliver many more skyscrapers across the city.

Are there really enough people loaded enough to buy all these flats, or is this one titanic building bubble?

Gosh, I hope not! Some really nice buildings there.
