IMO, the developer or the real estate brokers in particular will have the biggest challenge to sell this condo considering the property's location but we'll see..i maybe wrong! i just hope our LGU will start beautifying and improve the infrastructure in that area and most importantly, to relocate asap the illegal settlers which i thought a turn-off to the buyers

In my opinion a supurb location close to the mall and a big hotel. Others will soon follow. Similar situation as Binondo in Manila. Slowly it is developing again. We have to be patient, but there is a lot of potential right there. Isnīt Robinsons new block somewhere there too ?

its time to rehabilitate nra and rid of illegal squatters by constructing buildings and making use of the land. basta duna lang pud siguro relocation nang mga tao dinha i think malimpyo ug tarong nang lugara kay dako kaayo ug potential knowing nga nra is prime location for big business establishments.

mas maayo siguro bai nga bisan dili ni for advertising jud pero everytime naay new condo kung kinsay naay mga connections sa developer butangan sad ug pricelists para kung naay interesado makacompare sila sa prices, suggestion lang ni.

In terms of price kay mas barato ang San Marino Residences compare to Mabolo Garden Flats, Riviera, One Oasis & Persimmon with the same floor area of 22sqm. Estimated & tentative price kay 1.4M not yet sure though but mao ra akong nahibaw.anan sa price.
