Looking good but I still don't understand why it's gobbled up the pavement.

Its a good point, where is the access to the building going to be?
I would have thought it would have been a heath and safety issue with the building being directly connected to the road without no pavement

I think SHU are pedestrianising some of those roads, and downgrading them to be one way with extended paths on each side and turning points at the end.

Sketchy designs by Healey Associates.

Another for Cemetery Road. Client : Bolsterstone LLP 20 luxury apartments within the centre of Sheffield. This contemporary scheme features a bold use of colours graded across the façade of the building to create a dramatic infill in the streetscene. Wharncliffe House Client : Bolsterstone PLC 16,000 sq.ft. office refurbishment scheme of an existing part listed building in Sheffield city centre. The scheme includes new entrance and core area as well as addition upper floor accommodation These are in addition to Pearl Works, listed on the Sheffield Developments Thread. |

This development at West Bar is currently being marketed and should hopefully be going to site in the near future.
