Nice pictures. Where is that first house? Is that the Darwin Martin House? If it is, isn't that in Parkside? What are considered the boundaries of Elmwood Village?

I knew about this before, but your pictures really exemplify the wooden housing stock in Buffalo. It's in stark contrast to the brick rowhouses and even brick and stone Colonial Revival rich areas in Wilmington, as well as the brick housing stock in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and so on. It makes sense; with Tonawanda being "the Lumber City" and raw materials coming down from the other Great Lakes, Buffalo should reflect this.

That is a Wright house but it is not the Martin House. That is the Heath House.

The Martin House received a $250K grant from Jeremy Jacobs and Delaware North today.

Elmwood Village, looking good as always! Thanks! That Heath House looks nice!
