I get the feeling that you are trying to infuse BJP/INC politics into this discussion. Kindly avoid that. Not healthy.

I fully agree with you that the HYD ORR has no parallel in India to the best of my knowledge. Also, note that B'lore land costs are higher for whatever reason and a project this size is more difficult to execute. In addition, Hyderabad has a more friendly terrain. In the end it comes down to proper planning and execution. No party politics please.
