Bayfront Park almost looks purpose built for this. Great move!
So, what can we expect til next year? Any improvements? |

I agree. Ive seen concerts at bayfront park and amphitheater in the past (like 10 years ago!) and those always maxed out capacity at 25K or so. seems like they made really good use of the space. closing off part of Biscayne Blvd was a good decision. the city of Miami ought to incorporate music festivals like this into the city as much as possible - really showcase the city!

Yes it's true 165k was the attendance over 3 days but I believe on the last day (Sunday) most of the people were there. I think I recall somewhere it said 150k were there that day.
Yeah your not kidding, Bayfront park looks like it was built just for Ultra, only 20 years ago or so. I was apprehensive when I first heard they were moving it away from Bicentennial to Bayfront. Now I'm hoping they never move it anywhere else! |
