Might be a skylight in the park area to the below amenities?

The triangle is the airshaft. It will not be noticeable when grade is completed.
You can check the construction camera for updates. |

On that note, Mr. Tridel, will there be a grate there upon completion? And will the original design of having the brickwork feature multiple '300's' still be included?

Looks awesome! And there is indeed a setback on the west side as I predicted. The square should be a great space.

Not sure why the quality of this is so bad (I blame using the HDR option on my iPhone), but here is a first glimpse at some cladding. Looks good to me.

Hey, NO grey, so I'm HAPPY! Actually, it looks good. I'd like to see more black and white buildings.

The blue is just covering the material underneath. That section there is black and white.

Here's a photo from this morning at 9 AM showing the recently installed glass from our construction camera. The tower is rising quickly and I'm looking forward to taking some panoramic shots from the top slabs as the harbour and islands are now visible.
In response to the previous question about the airshaft, it will be covered with a grate and dressed over with the park landscaping. You can see the triangle outline at the top of the park right below the car in the middle of the driveway. |

I've been walking by the this the last couple of days and I can't even describe how sharp it's starting to look. The white side is pure white with white spandrels and black on the black side. They are installing high gloss panels on the ground floors. One of the best projects in the city right now.

I still haven't been by this project in person yet. Does the cladding look at all like the new FCP reclad?

I think the lobby floors of 300 Front St. West look better than the FCP cladding.
