In Malaysia, we have many hospital chains such as Integrated Healthcare-Parkway Group that is now Asia's largest hospital operator.

Above all, the most luxurious and expensive 5-star hospital is called Prince Court Medical Centre in KL.

The hospital that does not look like one.

Hospital compound. The hospital located in the heart of town is also located near a country & golf club.

Prince Court apparently has one of the most expensive treatment fees in Malaysia. And it is the only hospital run by Petronas, an oil company.

The hospital is internationally-recognised being member of the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua).

Malaysia spends about 5-7% of annual GDP in healthcare and it is a very important sector as our population will be ageing by 2030. Supporting our healthcare industry are vibrant subsectors - electronic and advanced healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, medical devices manufacturing, allied health services and medical tourism.
